Please read these terms carefully before booking your stay with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Chile Vista Hotel. By accessing our website, booking a room, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our online platforms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. When making a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a room reservation.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Chile Vista Hotel with a valid booking reference number.
  • Special Requests: While we strive to honor all special requests (such as specific room locations, dietary needs, or extra bedding), these cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment, Pricing, and Deposits

Rates displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) or Chilean Pesos (CLP) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be detailed during the checkout process.

  • Deposits: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Depending on the rate selected, a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay may be charged at the time of booking.
  • Incidentals: Upon check-in, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card to cover potential incidental charges (e.g., room service, spa treatments).
  • Final Payment: Full payment for your stay, minus any deposits, is required upon check-out.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy requires guests to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time (3:00 PM local time) to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

Non-refundable rates and special promotional packages cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued for these bookings. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of your booking.

5. Hotel Policies

To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests, we enforce the following hotel policies:

  • Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
  • Smoke-Free Environment: Chile Vista Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in rooms or public areas will result in a heavy deep-cleaning fee applied to your final bill.
  • Pets: With the exception of certified service animals, pets are not permitted on the property.

6. Use of Facilities and Amenities

Guests are welcome to use our luxury amenities, including the spa, swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant, subject to their respective operating hours and rules.

  • Spa and Wellness: Advance reservations are highly recommended for all spa treatments. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Entertainment Lounge: Access to the small casino lounge area is strictly limited to registered guests who are 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID is required.

7. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or any illegal activities may result in immediate eviction from the hotel without a refund.

Guests are liable for any damages caused to the hotel room, furnishings, or public areas by themselves or their visitors. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for the cost of repairs or replacements.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and the security of your belongings, Chile Vista Hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, including valuables left in the room or public areas. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.

The hotel is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your stay at Chile Vista Hotel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
