At Chile Vista Hotel, we understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. Our returns and refund policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue providing a premium luxury experience to all our guests.
If you need to cancel your reservation, our standard policy allows for a full refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date (3:00 PM local time). For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, the hotel will retain the first night's room rate and applicable taxes as a cancellation fee.
Please note that "Non-Refundable" rates and special promotional packages are excluded from this policy. These bookings are charged in full at the time of reservation and cannot be refunded or modified.
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to spa appointments or fine dining reservations be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to your room or credit card on file.
If you purchase physical items from our hotel boutique or spa (such as skincare products, luxury robes, or local crafts), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
Approved refunds for room deposits or physical goods will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier or wish to depart later, our concierge will gladly store your luggage securely. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to room availability and may incur an additional fee.
Yes, we offer premium private chauffeur services from major regional airports directly to Chile Vista Hotel. Please contact our concierge team at least 48 hours prior to your arrival with your flight details so we can arrange a seamless and comfortable journey for you.
To maintain an elegant atmosphere for all our guests, the dress code for our fine dining restaurant is "Smart Elegant." We kindly ask gentlemen to wear collared shirts and closed-toe shoes. Beachwear, athletic wear, and flip-flops are not permitted in the dining room during dinner service.
In order to provide a serene and allergy-free environment for all our guests, we do not allow pets on the property. However, recognized and certified service animals that assist guests with disabilities are warmly welcomed. Please inform us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.

While our Spa and Wellness facilities are prioritized for the enjoyment of our registered hotel guests, we do welcome day visitors based on availability. Advance booking is strictly required for non-guests to ensure the tranquil and uncrowded environment we promise all visitors.

Additionally, registered guests over the age of 18 have access to our intimate entertainment lounge, which features a small, elegant casino area for evening amusement.
